The sandwich wafer is crisp and flat that bookends the creamy filling in a classic ice cream sandwich. It's thin, rectangular biscuit with a slightly soft, cake-like texture-less crumbly than a cookie. The surface has a subtle grid pattern, giving a bit of grip for the ice cream and snap when you bite in.
